The Eureka ReadyForce 900A is a bagged canister vacuum cleaner with a powerful motor and an overall lightweight design. It weighs in at a mere 17 pounds which means just about anybody can carry it up and down stairs. This is an important feature if you have multiple levels in your home, and one that many other vacuums fall short with. The ReadyForce 900A is not going to get your entire home clean on a regular basis, especially if you have mostly carpets. It's just not designed to do that. What it is designed for is vacuuming mostly hard floors like tile and linoleum, and even lower piled carpets with their included carpet tool.

Other features of this Eureka canister include a 12 amp motor with adjustable suction speed, 3 stage filtration to trap most of the dirt and dust, bag full indicator, easy bag removal system that keeps the dirt inside the bags, and a 10 inch cleaning path. Our Opinion Of It

The Eureka ReadyForce is a decent little canister vacuum with most of the standard features you would expect from a modern cleaner. It has several attachments, a 6 foot flexible hose, and a fairly large dust bag with a bag full indicator light. If your home has mostly thicker carpets it probably won't suffice but if you have a mixture of hard floors and lower pile carpets, the ReadyForce 900A is a good choice. While it won't overwhelm you with options and other "bells and whistles", at this price range it is a solid value.
