If you are looking for a machine that has tremendous suction and multi-surface cleaning abilities at the lower end of the price range, then it is a solid choice. Keep in mind that it won't deep clean your carpets like a more expensive Miele but it wasn't designed to compete against the top vacuums in this class. Overall, it gives you a decent amount of cleaning power at an affordable price. This is just what many people are looking for.
